These terms apply to all purchases made through oddlywiredco.com (the "Site"). The trader is J. Wright (sole trader), trading as OddlyWiredCo, at Unit 166847, PO Box 7169, Poole BH15 9EL, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@oddlywiredco.com.
When you place an order through the Site you make an offer to purchase the goods at the prices shown. Your order is accepted, and a binding contract formed, when we send the payment confirmation email from Stripe.
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination. Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd; we do not store your card details. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Our journals, mugs and stickers are produced on demand by our print partner (Printify) once your order is confirmed. Each item is made specifically for you. Production typically takes 2 to 5 working days before dispatch.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, Regulation 28(1)(b), goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised are exempt from the 14‑day right to cancel. Because every OddlyWiredCo item is produced on demand to your order, this exemption applies to all of our products.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it or refund you in full. See the returns policy for how to report a problem.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
