Every item is made to order. Our print partner (Printify) typically produces journals, mugs and stickers in 2–5 working days from order confirmation. Production time is separate from shipping time.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carriers occasionally have delays we cannot control, especially around UK and US public holidays.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. The exact cost is shown before you confirm payment.
Orders are dispatched from our print partner's UK facility (Prodigi) for UK and most EU addresses, and from their US facility for North American and rest-of-world addresses, whichever route is cheaper and faster for the destination.
You receive a dispatch email with a tracking link once your order leaves the print facility. Tracking detail varies by carrier — for international shipments tracking sometimes pauses between systems, this is normal.
For deliveries outside the UK and EU you may be charged import duty, taxes or handling fees by your country's customs service. These are payable by you and are not included in the price you pay us. We declare the actual value of the goods on the customs label.
If your parcel has not arrived within the upper end of the delivery estimate (10 working days UK, 25 working days international), email hello@oddlywiredco.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and replace or refund per our returns policy.
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. Items returned to sender because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at your cost; if you do not respond to our reshipment email within 14 days we cannot refund the order.
